Birch Bay Village offers a Future Resident Priority List Program, and we invite you to consider the advantages of becoming a member. The priority list will give you an advantage over non-members when an apartment or a cottage becomes available. Priority list deposits are $2500 and are a great investment in your future retirement plans. The deposit is completely refundable at any time should your plans change. Priority List Members also receive invitations to concerts and events on our campus as well as six free dinner tickets per year!
